I have been bringing my car to Omar for over a year now. I love cars and I always research what is going on with mine before I bring it in to resolve an issue. I also used to live across town and went to a different mechanic, and they diagnosed an issue but since I was moving, I did not let them fix it. My wife was was in Portland and got transmission issues. Honda dealerships told us to wait 4 days for a diagnosis. Omar told us to come right in. We got it towed to the shop just before closing and he ran a few diagnostics, which he didnt charge us for, and suggested a transmission fluid replacement. He got our car turned around the next morning with the issue resolved. He was a great help in a stressful situation, much more affordable than a dealership and much more responsive.
Omar is truly one of the sweetest and most honest people I’ve met! He provided excellent service at a fair price and communicated everything clearly throughout the process. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend Omar Auto Repair to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service!
