OPG not only sets the standard for a high quality strength focused gym, but they also provide a unique mom and pop feel at their gym that many other gyms don’t provide. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to find a space to get stronger in!

The best gym in town!! I train with Amanda and have for some time now, and my improvements to my running are proof that strength training is key to being a strong runner. As one of the only runners at this gym (that I know of) I feel so supported by the others who do powerlifting and more intense programs! There’s always someone willing to show me how to use equipment or help me with my form when needed.
