I normally don't write reviews but 813 Barbell Valrico is different. Owners are respectful, open-minded, and actually listen. Great community, phenomenal equipment for a smaller gym, and it never feels overcrowded - more like a private gym vibe. All ages and all types of lifters. If you want a mega-gym, go to Tampa, but if you want a place where you're appreciated, this is it.

I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and was trained by Amanda for a year and it’s been the best gym experience I’ve ever had. I’m a runner, I don’t powerlift and have no intention to do so. While most of this community is powerlifting, I’ve never felt judged or looked down on - everyone is SO NICE!
