John Brady is not as reputable as you would think he condones remodelers to try to sell property that no permits have been pulled to do the work and when some go's to buy the property and has a home inspection done and finds issues that need to be cleared though the city and they get shut down John calls the buyer and blames them for ruining the contractors business. It sounds to me like John may have some shady dealings going on here.
