Had my mower and tiller for over a month ( was told it would be two weeks). Never bothered to call and still haven't started on them. Picking them up and finding another shop !
I dropped my gas powered hammer drill off in the fall for repair work knowing it would take awhile to get parts ordered. I was quoted $100-200 for the repair job. It's the end of May now, these jerks have lost major components of my machine and want $500 just to replace what they lost! Not to repair anything, just to replace the stuff they lost!!

Rented a trailer for 2 days but only needed for one and dropped off when business was closed. They refunded the one day of rental on their own. Will always get my business.
