A sister concern of the Nam restaurant in Tribeca, Omai is the right stop in Chelsea for fresh and tasty Vietnamese food. Bricks, bamboo and browns dominate the softly lit interiors. The shrimp and scallops are a must have, so go for the Tom So Nuong. Call ahead for available beverages. Service is prompt and friendly.

Great service, love all the food choices. Perfection! Delightful time, would definitely go back again and again.
Red snapper was amazing ! Service on point very nice ambience !! Will be back very soon !!!
I had not been there since i moved from NY 2 yrs ago. Was my favourite vietnamese place. Was very disappointed last night. The papaya salad lacked seasoning and tasted stale. The beef on lemon grass stick was boring. The rice in clay pot was like i remembered it and delicious.
