BAD STEAK AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered a gift box through a Christmas special the Today Show ran. Tried the filets a few nights ago and they were so tough we couldn't chew them. I threw half of my steak away. Talked to Omaha Steak customer service and they said they couldn't find our order, go talk to the Today Show, is there anything else I can help you with. Worse food I've ever had apple tarts were the only good thing
haven’t went to the place in real life but the steaks are SO good! i would recommend.
My in-laws drove over 20 miles to visit this store, expecting basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, they were met with cold, dismissive treatment from the moment they walked in. The most shocking part? A price sheet was literally snatched out of their hands while they were reviewing it. No explanation, no apology — just abrupt and disrespectful behavior.
