Really really disappointed in Omaha Steaks. I placed a Father's Day order for pickup at a specific date, at a specific time. My card was charged. I received a confirmation email, and sent my brother to pick up the package. The employee told my brother that she had "no record of the purchase," "no record of payment," and "did not find my order." I called PayPal, the payment did indeed go through. I searched for my order on the Omaha website, it is confirmed, and marked as pending. I am mostly just confused and very frustrated... read more
This is the second time I have ordered on line and it’s the second time I haven’t received my order on time. One time I can understand, but 0 for two is definitely unacceptable
I literally had $200 worth in the cart ready to order because KRLD radio kept advertising them but something told me to look up the reviews. So glad I did since it seems I saved myself from a headache. Thank you everyone for posting your honest review and will take my business elsewhere.
BAD STEAK AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered a gift box through a Christmas special the Today Show ran. Tried the filets a few nights ago and they were so tough we couldn't chew them. I threw half of my steak away. Talked to Omaha Steak customer service and they said they couldn't find our order, go talk to the Today Show, is there anything else I can help you with.
