haven’t went to the place in real life but the steaks are SO good! i would recommend.
My in-laws drove over 20 miles to visit this store, expecting basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, they were met with cold, dismissive treatment from the moment they walked in. The most shocking part? A price sheet was literally snatched out of their hands while they were reviewing it. No explanation, no apology — just abrupt and disrespectful behavior. Not pleased at all very disappointing. I ordered 1 Thousand Dollars (949.90) 10 different packages for my technicians as a gift " The Festive Gift Package" I get a phone call the day my ordered was supposed to be shipped and they tell me everything would come together and I would have to separate and create each pack! I do appreciate the call but come on man you sell a a package as a gift I at least expect it pack to be shipped individually and to think I wanted to to this each quarter for my top producing technicians.
