I have purchased Omaha Steaks for my family for many years. No-one has ever been disappointed. I did order the chicken in pastry for myself and was disappointed in the small amount of chicken in the delicious pastry shell I am hoping it was an error not the norm .. Love your meats!!
I bought this as a Christmas gift and when I went to the Beavercreek, OH store in The Greene a week before Christmas to pick it up they very rudely said "Is that a Groupon? Well, we don't have any to sell you". The clerk didn't offer any explanation nor did she make any suggestions. After I asked for clarification she just said we MAY have some on December 29! I made the mistake of giving them my phone number last time I ordered and now they will not stop calling me even after I asked them to stop. On top of that their latest e-mails are misleading when it comes to pricing, which is why I stopped buying from them. They are using unethical tactics and the quality of their products is not what it used to be. If you want customers to come back, offer them good deals and quality products. And for crying out loud, stop calling my phone!
