What an enormous disappointment! I purchased a box for my sister for Christmas. This STEAK company put everything in the box EXCEPT THE STEAKS! When we contacted customer service about the mistake they apologized and said they could not simply send the omitted bit of the order because that is too small of a box. I was offered a gift card that I was assured was enough to replace the steaks, which I accepted. When I immediately went on the site to order my missing items I realized I would have to spend more $$ to buy a big box... read more
12/26/24 unload here was really quick for me. Everyone was nice and I had no issues
