I received a gift box from Omaha Steaks and the box was absolutely filthy. I contacted customer support and they kindly offered to replace it. The second box came in and it was even more filthy. I have no idea how a food/gift compan can find this acceptable. I sent them photographs and descriptions of the truck that delivered it and they never even bothered to contact me back. I will never, ever ever do business with Omaha steaks again. Check out the pictures and you tell me if you would eat food out of their container?
I live all the way out here in Barstow California so I called Omaha Steaks in Nebraska and Kim answered the phone I want to thank her for her extraordinary customer service skills top notch so easy to understand so easy to order can't wait for my steaks thank you Kim and thank you Omaha steaks for employing such a wonderful service representative of your company it makes me happy that there's great customer service skills out there in the world Kim you made it easy thank you
First time going to an Omaha Steaks retail store, I had always done mail order before today. Fast, friendly service that was no-pressure from the woman at the front counter. Clean and organized store that's very easy to navigate the product. I'd shop here even when I still have steak in the fridge.
I was supposed to deliver at 7 am. I got there the night before. Back in an empty dock. Sleep there and at 7:45 am they took my paperwork and unloaded very fast. Good experience
