Staff was very nice and helpful :)
I received a gift box from Omaha Steaks and the box was absolutely filthy. I contacted customer support and they kindly offered to replace it. The second box came in and it was even more filthy. I have no idea how a food/gift compan can find this acceptable. I sent them photographs and descriptions of the truck that delivered it and they never even bothered to contact me back.
