If I could give less than one star, I would. Customer service doesn’t believe there is anyone answering the phones after hours or on holidays; I spoke with two different people on 7/4/23 yet there is no record of anyone taking my calls. The customer service people in the office and the ones answering during off hours do not provide the same information when calling and asking the exact same answer. It took three days to get my issue resolved, simply because I was not given the correct information initially.

We have been in our house for 29 years... I have contacted OPPD about this bent ass street light in front of 5502 Camden Ave too many times about it ! Had the nerve to put an up to date led light in it over a month ago. Contacted again.... It is the only light on the block. I just wonder if this was out west (Omaha) would it be the same issue..... Do it ever stop ? By the way we do not stay in the HOOD !!!! 29YEARS....

$45 increase on my bill this month. No change in our usage, probably even less usage in past 30 days. Guess they are trying to make up for money lost on their cluster f**k outage a couple months ago.

Just called OPPD re an unusual/unique problem related to a friend in hospice. Appreciate the way staff hung in there & tried to find a way to help me with this. They were precise, efficient and caring. Thanks!

Proven fact, if you live in lower income housing your are denied restoring if power. Until the upper class people are handled first yes they discriminate. They tell you no we don't. But yes they do. You the people of oppd can lie all you want too. However there is a full scale investigation about certain governors and mayors etc who had there power restored before many others. Is this a draw of the hat? Or is this a power of money? I'm leaning towards the money.

When shit gets real oppd gets ignoring. Had I not spoke to my landlord I would've had no clue that me and my kids would be facing potential heatstroke the next three days because these chickendicks would rather ignore customers than notify them. Thanks for being the only choice of power company and most of all thanks for nothing you monopolizing fucks!

I have always had great experience with their customer service. Anytime I am unable to pay my bill on time they are willing to work with me within their means. And people who complain about bills being high..... That is your usage. They don't just magically change your bill or how much you owe. Also, if you're wondering why there is no other power company available here.. It's because they wouldn't be able to compete! Nobody would be able to keep their rates as low as oppd does!! Do your research and stop making all of us cu... read more
