I reported that the street light in front of my home was out and within 2-3 weeks, OPPD crew came out and replaced it! Thank you for being so responsive.
Awful company, will bleed you dry with nonsense charges and won't tell you when they remove your form of auto pay. Worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of being forced to interact with.
