I'm so glad I chose OPTI for my therapy after my total knee replacement! Their philosophy is very different from other PT places. They truly focus on healing without being brutal or wearing you out. Brent explained what happens to your knee after surgery and what to expect in detail on my first visit. I didn't have that with my other knee. Also they focus on teaching you how to relax your muscles to help with recovery. I've never left in pain! I'm way ahead of schedule with this knee as opposed to my first knee.
