I saw Dr. Cullen for Plantar Fasciitis. I began with stretching and icing the foot. Within 5 months I was told I needed orthotics (very expensive, insurance does not cover). I was given the inserts with a paper that told how often and long to wear them. I went back numerous times discussing the fact they did not feel right. I was told it "takes time". I finally had a new issue in the balls of both feet after wearing the inserts for around 5 months. I was told I would probably need surgery. I am now seeing an orthopedic... read more

Dr. Cullen is a great doctor. On our first visit, we felt like old friends. He and his team are outgoing, friendly, make you feel at ease, and truly enjoy their jobs. Who knew foot care could be so fun? He had us laughing and relaxed the entire visit! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cullen and his team.

I have been seeing Dr. Cullen for years. He has treated me for a broken foot, a sprained ankle, calluses, and diabetic foot care. He is personable, always makes me feel comfortable. I recently have found out that friends also go to him and they have been as pleased as I. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Cullen for many years and was never told I had to pay for a service before it was filed with my insurance. I think he gives excellent care and is very professional. He answers all questions and explains procedures thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone.

I am not sure I have ever written an online review, but I am thoroughly disturbed by the way they conduct business. I was referred there by my doctor for a plantar wart. Upon entering they have you sign a form saying you will pay for the services on the day of, before they ever bill your insurance.... That is lovely to ask for your money up front, but that would have been vital information before I made the appointment and walked in the door... I'm feeling great again, my ankle was giving me terrible problems, but now it is feeling better. I was explained to about my issue in clear and understandable English, which is hard to find sometimes! the doctors are great.

I can go running with my dog again! Not only am I happy, but he is happy too! My feet were suffering from an unknown cause. I had tried everything I could think of to relieve the pain, but there was nothing I could do myself. The experts at Omaha Foot and Ankle saved my feet and I couldn't be happier

I had an issue with my toe, I had broken it multiple times. I had heard that toes can never be fully healed, but I was at the end of my rope in pain! I went to Omaha Foot and Ankle and they helped ease my pain after the first visit. I'm feeling so much better, they truly are experts.
