I saw Dr. Cullen for Plantar Fasciitis. I began with stretching and icing the foot. Within 5 months I was told I needed orthotics (very expensive, insurance does not cover). I was given the inserts with a paper that told how often and long to wear them. I went back numerous times discussing the fact they did not feel right. I was told it "takes time".
