Very great staff and an excellent facility. It's hard to describe the experience. All I can say is it was a great relaxing hour and I felt so good once I was done.
Tried the float spa for the first time today and I will definitely be back. I was a little apprehensive at first, and worried I wouldn't be able to relax enough to turn my brain off to enjoy it. I could literally feel the tension in my body melt away after (what I assume) was about ten minutes. I'm 26 weeks pregnant and I have been dealing with terrible sciatic nerve pain and tension in my back (problems I had before getting pregnant but even more prevalent now). I have been 'floating' once or twice a month for a while now. (Helps with back pain, sleep, relaxation, etc) Today I went in to what I thought was my scheduled appointment time. After searching and checking emails, the receptionist and I figured out that I had booked for next Tuesday by mistake. She promptly accomodated me with a float right then, even though it was completely my mess-up. I love this place!
My hour was wonderful! So relaxing. Looking forward to next float. The place is so clean and the staff was so friendly!
I had my first float at the Omaha Float Spa and it was so amazing!! I think this would be A terrific help for those who need some extra relaxation or who may be in pain. It really took the stress off of my back and legs and neck. Holly helped make my experience wonderful and stress-free.

My first float was a Mother's day gift from my daughter. At first I thought "what has she gotten me into," however, it was absolutely wonderful. I was in the cabin, and I left the top open, and it did get a little chilly, but I still relaxed enough to sleep. At night, I slept like a rock, woke up the next morning, got right up and was so rested, I still feel in a relaxed state. Simply amazing, can't wait for the next float, and to pass the word.
