I rolled in at 6:10 pm (the shop closes at 7:00) and Vince literally dropped everything he was doing to work on my bike. Juggled some wrenches, took a TEST RIDE (the shop I was patronizing prior had me doin my own test rides). Long story short a problem that has persisted for several months and several repair shop visits was solved effortlessly tonight and I feel I received the highest level of service possible. Great work OBC!!! THANK YOU
