Extremely un professional and rude! – I have never dealt with such a rude property management company before! My fourth apartment rental was through them and the whole thing was a nightmare! They were rude, un attentive, and nearly impossible to get a hold of when needed! I can't tell you how many times they have hung up on me after calling to put in simple maintenence requests. I felt like such a nuisance to them!!
