Terrible customer service. Good luck getting anyone to respond to you let alone listen to your ideas. They want to build car washes and that's it.
I feel obligated to warn anyone who is looking at getting into business with this company. Their overall lack of attention and communication with tenants and their properties should seriously REVAMPED. The owners are out for what is best for their corp. and could care less about the problems their tenants are having. Countless phone calls and e-mails get you absolutely no where, they just become a waste of your own valuable time and money as a business owner.
