We were nervous as it was our first time buying a house. Also we were in a different city. Got his contact through a friend. Vijai helped us throughout the process. Lady was all nice at first when I was telling her I make well over 3x the rent, no bankruptcies, no evictions, great payment history, no issues at all ever with renting but bc I don’t have a 650 credit score she quickly cuts me off and says I can’t rent or with their them or their client. How ignorant that yall rudely judge people and disqualify people to rent with yall all bc of a number, without taking consideration of the other factors?! Yall stupid.
