Horrific experience there, very unprofessional! Receptionist and staff were clueless, trying to get lab work processed for my daughter was such an ordeal. Had her blood drawn there, then was told they couldn’t process or find her lab work! Got zero answers for any of my daughters health concerns, then wanted me to pay for services never rendered!! Stay away from Om if you have naturopathic health needs! Unprofessional, chaotic and ill trained!
