I’m buying gold from Om Jewel since 2012 and always loved the designs, great quality products and friendly customer service. From custom orders to display sets all are Elegant and to the trend. The staff are helpful especially my last two visits handled by Ayah and Heather - both of them are very helpful and friendly.
Zero percent customer service. We are not happy to visit here again. I am not recommended om jewellery perth.
Excessive charges on gold & making. They charge 24 cr price on 916 hallmark gold that’s way up them gold prices. Also don’t Australian gold prices.
Hands down the best jewellers in Perth, period. And I’ve tried them all! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 9 years. A few years ago, my husband got me a stunning LV-inspired set from them. It’s so beautifully designed and elegant, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many people have asked me where it’s from or stopped me to compliment it.
