RecommendedThe staff in the front is very nice and make you feel very welcome,and they’re always willing to help. The community is clean and everyone seems to respect each other.
We moved into the townhome side about a month ago and are so happy with our decision to live here! The townhouse is a great space for my family and everyone in the community has been friendly and welcoming. The office staff is very helpful and were so kind to find the perfect unit for us. I would definitely recommend living here!

They could improve By treating their residents Like customers. Their front lawn is beautiful but the residents are living in a mud pit. They told me this is a business which is all well and good. If I treated my customers like they do I would go out of business. But it seams that once you sign on the dotted line they don't have to be accommodating which is sad because My wife and I love it here. I’ve been a resident since day one! I wouldn’t rent anywhere else in Parker County! Great community.
Great accommodations convenient to DFW to the east and Mineral Wells to the west.
Horrible!! Trash everywhere, maintenance is horrible and sexually harasses residents.
Terrible excuse for “luxury living” l visit my girlfriend here and there have been so many things wrong with her unit that takes weeks and months for them to come and fix. Also tons of residents, including the staff are drinking in public especially out by the pool area. Their maintenance man sexually assaults the residents and doesn’t do his job, walks around shirtless 24/7 like he’s in bay watch. Also there are tons of dangerous breeds of dogs there.
