I was helping my son with his relocation efforts moving from Chicago to Arizona. After touring 15 apartment complexes, he chose Gilbert Town Commons. Justin Benjamin was his leasing consultant and did a phenomenal job from the initial property tour throughout the entire application process and final move in. Olympus Corsair's team is highly professional and communicative. Whenever I needed something in the leasing office, I'm immediately greeted and offered assistance. The manager, Rebecca, is courteous and empathetic towards residents or guests alike. The service manager, Winston, is friendly and patient whenever there's a problem inside the apartment. Overall, I would recommend the property because of the central location, on-site amenities, and the property staff that have routinely helped me.
Great place to live and great staff. They take care of any issues really fast.
I have lived here for two years now and i love this community. I never have issues and when and if i do they are always addressed and handled with ease. Even when I have maintence request it always is seemlessly taken care of. I really enjoy thomas, he is very nice and always brightens up my day whenever i see him, he even goes the extra mile and has brought me water while i was at the pool. keep up the good work

Our apartment had water leakage from the ceiling (2nd time in a year), and the maintenance work that needed 4 days was carried out in spite of we being in the apartment. No courtesy from the Leasing team and when we raised a concern, we were offered reimbursement of hotel rent if we decide to opt it. The management is operating this as a hotel than an Apartment. Old Apartment with regular maintenance issue and lack of support or courtesy from Management makes it a painful experience.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! I currently live here in the Mosaic since August 2022 and I can officially say it's the worse experience I have ever had. I'm a pet friendly person, however I don't like stepping outside of my apartment to the smell of urine and poop EVERY SINGLE DAY, with urine and poop in the halls and on the elevators (unsanitary and health risk)! Since moving here, we have ongoing issue's of phone lines down, broken elevators (CONSTANTLY), just yesterday the water was shut off ALL DAY and that's not th... read more
As I follow up to a review just posted by me, this morning I spoke with management re: a problem with my thermostat. Requests start with management and are soft copied to various departments in the facility. Maintenance, landscape, home services etc. This problem, which was minimal heat this morning and a thermostat that had a mind of its own, was sen to and fixed within 1 hour of the notification to management.
