It's great place to live and the staff is wonderful !!!!!
We move in on the 12th of this month we are already so in love with the property that we already have a referral we sent their way with at least two more on the way when their leases are up at their current apartment. It’s so nice and with the pro-rated special they have right now it’s so cheap I’m beyond excited to call this place home.
Moved to this beautiful complex in June and thus far my experience had been great...The ladies at the office are very nice and the maintenance man,Mr.Hugo has solved all my issues quickly.Great place to live...close to everything
We have had a great experience living at Grand Mason! The maintenance and office staff are always super friendly, helpful and quick with their responses. The location and layout of the complex is handy and makes for a nice place to call home. Highly recommend Grand Mason at Waterside Estates to anyone!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I received world class customer service from Jamie and Tanya the manager of the property. They did above and beyond to move me and my family on a sooner date. I'm very pleased with the property and staff. I would highly recommend any family to come live here.
Tanya, the office manager is AMAZING. We moved in back in July and couldn't be more happy. Thank you team for all you do for your residents. We love living in this community!
