Went with my friend for the first time. It was wonderful. I highly recommend the mud wrap.

It has been too long since my last trip to Olympus spa, and after my trip yesterday, I am going to make this a more frequent part of my self care. I love the steam room and the earth rooms. After spending time in the earth rooms I felt as relaxed as I am after a massage - and then I had a foot treatment! The group I came with plans on doing this several times a year, probably splitting time between both Tacoma and Lynwood.
