They installed a skylight a long with the new roof. The insert for the skylight (the part going down into the attic) was never installed and since the skylight kit wasn't itemized on the contract Olympus will not finish it even though I was told twice by their representative that there would be an insert. During the first two initial discussions before the work began, the representative and I talked about the insert and the finish work and what the differences were.
Olympus Roofing was great to work with and I would highly reccommend them to anyone. They were able to address my questions very quickly.
I had this company come out & do some shingle repair, fix two skylights, & roof inspection around June of 09. Had some shingles blow off in the same area & one of the two skylights was leaking. We called them three times & each time they said they would be intouch. Two snow storms later.we finally got someone to get someone out to our house to do warranty repairs.
