Work orders never get done for my family on time. Property is a mess weekly and gates always breaking down. Management ignores residents basic needs.
Olympus Rodeo is a great place to live. The community is wonderful, the apartments are nice & it’s located in a convenient location. Edna is very wonderful to work with. She’s very accommodating, respectful, and professional as well as all the other employees at Olympus Rodeo.
Edna at Olympus Rodeo made my move-in process so seamless! She was in communication with me from start to finish (from first viewing of the apartment to handing over the keys). She answered phone calls and emails promptly, and treated me with respect and understanding. I highly recommend living here because Edna makes it seem like such a dream!! Thank you, Edna!!
Pools green and smells like chemicals very often. Stucco falling off buildings, broken gates all the time, dont bother putting work order in.
