My wife and I lived here for 3 years before buying a house. Overall, we enjoyed our time here. Our maintenance requests were answered pretty quickly. The move in and move out process is pretty straight forward (make sure to let them know 60 days in advance to avoid fees). Things break down from time to time, but I don’t think the time they took to fix anything was too long as other reviews make it seem.

Have been here one week. The staff has been very helpful and other residents that I have met are very pleasant.
Pretty happy here so far, the leasing office and maintenance staff are helpful and professional, much more so than my previous complex. This property is well kept up and very clean and people are a lot more respectful about cleaning up after their dogs. It’s also pretty quiet here, and nice to be on the rail trail.
