Avoid renting from this company at all costs. The apartment was listed as newly renovated which was untrue. We moved from out of state and when coming to tour the unit after signing the lease, the property manager tried to cancel on us after having secured the date in advance. We even followed up to confirm and it wasn't until the last minute we were informed there was an issue. Red flag number one. The unit/house is poorly kept with lots of damage.
