I've rented one of their properties for a little while now, and already so have to say they've already left us questioning what's really going on here. We've not seen them face tot face, but somebody has shown up at the property when we are not home and have either peered inside or entered the property with out any consent from us. We've had repairs for essential appliances take longer than I've seen landlords take, no sense of urgency or care for us tenants. This company is a waste of your time. First, the house we tried to tour was still being lived in but they gave us the code to get in anyway. When we finally got in, the house was filthy and desperately needed painting due to fill holes all over and stains on the walls. Sinks and tubs were dirty and stains on the carpets just to start. We had filled out an application but backed out before they even started processing anything yet they refused to refund the fee. His response in his email showed that they just don't care. I think this company is a joke, definitely comes across as a “hobby” company. I would not trust them to manage your property OR rent from them. Save yourself.

An absolute joke. I won’t go into details, but just know that if Olympus Property Management is listed on your potential rental, you should run for the hills. They neglect their properties and then the tenant gets to pay for all the damages that they failed to repair prior to you moving in. As unethical as they come.
