I signed contracts with Olympus pools in May of 2020 it is now May 9th of 2021 my pool is still not complete they have been paid in full since January 1st of 2021 my pool was supposed to be done within 3 months of signing my contract it is now a year later the owner James and Alexis reached out to me asked me to come to the office to go over my situation we sat down and we wrote a new contract stating that my pool will be done within 30 days I have not seen or heard of one person I was promised materials would be dropped off... read more

Do not recommend this company to anyone wanting to build a pool. Here is our experience with them. We signed our contract on 9/11/20. Our sales person told us that our pool will be done in 6 months because of COVID-19 and all the delays it has brought to the construction field. Their paper work also stated that “it is fair to expect 6 months” from sign to swim. I have it in my hand. We signed in July with Olympus Pools and still don’t even have coping. We paid on time for every step and have not made any changes. The delays have been Olympus ordering the wrong materials, not following design and then taking weeks to correct it. I am not the only one and several of my neighbors are in the same boat. Our neighbor across the street signed with a different pool company in August. They are now swimming in a well constructed pool. Awful! They do not respond! They take your money and leave you with a dirt hole. Nothing is being done. You do not hear from anyone a month at a time then they say they are coming 5 times a in row no call no show. RIP OFF! My worst purchase of my lifetime. So UNHAPPY. Even told a manager would call me and guess what, NOTHING! Voicemails are full, office people can not get ahold of Crews, Inspectors can not get ahold of crews, and we can not get ahold of crews. Horrible company especially the Lakeland branch. Salesman lies and says 8 weeks. Then tons of mistakes and having to argue over things that were in the contract. Then no 1 year follow up even though it is stated in the contract. So i call after the year and say I have issues and you never came then they say to bad its over a year even though it was in my contract. So I would not recommend them. If you like service and a company that cares and follows up try someone else.

I would give zero stars but the option is unavailable. This company has been a disaster since we signed our contract in 2/2019. There was no communication throughout the process, most of the jobs had to be redone with multiple phones call and wasted time. The contractors they work with did a poor job and would not finish the job nor ever come back. The pavers looked like a 3 year old laid them. Salt system missing, my driveway and walkway were damaged by employee negligence, pavers were stained by employees, fence was stained by employees, dirty table, blower missing, 4 different pool caps missing, app not setup, pool finish now is coming out, broken tiles, stained coping, and some more..... And the worst thing is that nobody came to let me know what they are doing about this. Some of the issues are there for 8 months now. Terrible company

This company told me that it wouldn’t take more than 10 weeks to build a pool at my house. Well its been almost 7 months and they haven’t finish it. I already paid in full, because if you don’t pay in full, they won’t continue with the job until you do. They haven’t contact me to check if everything works. The pool light is not even connected to the electricity so it doesn’t turn on and been floating in the water for a month now.
