Nightmare! My 90 year old friend, Denise, just had a horrible experience. Her credit card was billed July 1, Kevin failed to show for two work appointments with no call to let her know. The first he said he "forgot". So she waited a second time. Numerous calls to their office went unanswered. She hasn't slept in days. Saturday the 12th she sent a letter cancelling the contract. I guess he got it because he showed up today, the 14th. No apology. Who treats little old ladies like this? We'll be hiring someone dependable.
