If I could give this place no stars, I would. To start when I moved in my tub was never refinished. My dishwasher was not attached to the countertop and almost fell on my toddler. My washer leaked the first time using it. It took a week to get fixed after I moved in and they wouldn't even give me a card to use the onsite laundry. My washer is once again leaking and needs a full replacement which is another week wait. The mantinence man was awesome he finished the job right away…. These five stars is for him.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. The apartments have no insulation, no soundproofing, no air circulation, and are not even remotely close to being worth the price tag. Our apartment had a mold infestation that was never resolved, our appliances and plumbing were ancient and broken, constantly leaking, the sink in the bathroom consistently backed up and would regurgitate decades worth of caked up dead skin and hair, the floorboards were warped and loose under the carpet.
