Will steal your deposit. Will try to charge you for damage that they omitted to fix from the previous tenant and pretend you're the one who did it. Spent years in a room absolutely infested with mold because there were leaks below my room. Eventually I just got used to everything damp and experienced a plethora of related health issues. They weren't careless, though, and they fixed it. The quality of the interiors here are somewhat sub-par. I'm about half way through my lease and have had cockroaches within 2 months of living there, had it taken care of only to have them return a couple months later. My kids have been sick basically since we moved in, and we have been going back and forth to the doctors and they couldn't figure out what it was, tomorrow we are getting tested for mold.
