What can I say about Olympus Park Apartments other than for me thinking about Greek mythology .. this has become a place for me being on my own for the first that is is very safe also very relaxing and everyone of the tenants seems to be so nice and friendly and this place is tucked away from the street and seemingly in a world all it's own .. I've only been here just a couple of years but in that time all of the staff in the office from Titiana the Manager .. to Vanessa the Assistant Manager to even the Maintenance Crew of ... read more

Olympus Park Apartments has the best response time for maintenance. They have a team of professionals to resolve any situation that comes up. I reported my ceiling fan was not operating properly, the ceiling fan was fine, the actual problem was the switch.they left the repair slip with all the work done in detail. I am truly happy with the finished results. I love living here. The entire staff is so friendly and happy to help all the time.

You will not get your deposit back. They will make you pay extra on your deposit if you don't have rental history and promise you will get it back because it's separate but then when you leave they will come up with a bunch of bs. They sent me receipts from befor I even lived there saying that was the cost they needed to take. They also have an incredibly bad roach infestation. There are hoarders that live there it's really gross there making the infestation worse.do not go here unless you are completely out of options.
