My experience with Olympus park apartments has been incredible, specifically because of the office staff and their above and beyond mentality!
The apartment complex is well kept and the office staff is amazing. From Resident events to little renewal goodie bags . Any issues I’ve had, management handles it. I’ve had nothing but great experiences since being a tenant.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. If you can ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MOVE HERE! We have had nothing but issues with both the management and the property owners. We had a massive mold infestation, which led to over 3k worth of damages to both our furniture and clothing. When we brought up the issue to the apartment complex, they had someone come in and look at the mold on the wall, and they told us that they would need to rip out the walls to fix the cause.
