I have lived here for a month and love it. The office ladies have been nice, especially Vanessa. I have had a couple issues in my apartment, but they were taken care of the same day. The pool is cleaned weekly and the trash containers are picked up twice a week. Seems most residents keep to themselves, which is okay. The laundry room and the gym are both kept clean. It’s an older complex, but the property is clean, which matters to me.
What can I say about Olympus Park Apartments other than for me thinking about Greek mythology .. this has become a place for me being on my own for the first that is is very safe also very relaxing and everyone of the tenants seems to be so nice and friendly and this place is tucked away from the street and seemingly in a world all it's own .. I've only been here just a couple of years but in that time all of the staff in the office from Titiana the Manager .. to Vanessa the Assistant Manager to even the Maintenance Crew of ... read more
Titiana was so helpful and like I told her if I need any help I will only talk to her.
Olympus Park Apartments has the best response time for maintenance. They have a team of professionals to resolve any situation that comes up. I reported my ceiling fan was not operating properly, the ceiling fan was fine, the actual problem was the switch.they left the repair slip with all the work done in detail. I am truly happy with the finished results. I love living here. The entire staff is so friendly and happy to help all the time.
