The apartment complex is well kept and the office staff is amazing. From Resident events to little renewal goodie bags . Any issues I’ve had, management handles it. I’ve had nothing but great experiences since being a tenant.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. If you can ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MOVE HERE! We have had nothing but issues with both the management and the property owners. We had a massive mold infestation, which led to over 3k worth of damages to both our furniture and clothing. When we brought up the issue to the apartment complex, they had someone come in and look at the mold on the wall, and they told us that they would need to rip out the walls to fix the cause. If I could give 0 stars I would. I looked at the pictures online and set up an appointment to tour for June 27th, at 2:00pm. I was excited! My partner and I showed up promptly at 1:45pm, and walked up to the leasing office at 1:58pm. The door was locked with a sign that said they would be back at 1:45. Well… it was 13 minutes past that time and nobody was there still. If I could give this place no stars, I would. To start when I moved in my tub was never refinished. My dishwasher was not attached to the countertop and almost fell on my toddler. My washer leaked the first time using it. It took a week to get fixed after I moved in and they wouldn't even give me a card to use the onsite laundry. My washer is once again leaking and needs a full replacement which is another week wait. I understand processing times for ordering appliances varies, so I'm not so much upset about the wait as I am... read more
