After my experience with Two Men and a Truck I was hesitant about every moving company but Olympus Moving & Storage had the best rates I could find so I decided to try them out. When I called to get an estimate and schedule a move I talked to Sarone who couldn't have been more helpful. Over the next few weeks I was able to provide additional information and ask questions. Olympus Moving and Storage were great. They helped us move two apartments in the city and really helped take the stress from us. They were fast, efficient, and thorough. Typically I would be worried to let movers move my beautiful cream-colored couches and matching chairs - in fear of dirt markings, etc., but Olympus Movers took good care of my stuff as if it were their own. I decided to go with Olympus Moving and Storage because of all the five star reviews. After my move I can absolutely see why they ve gotten such awesome reviews! I had a short notice regarding my move so I needed to find movers and fast. I booked my move with Olympus Moving and Storage about a week in advance and all my communications with them were great. I have recently moved and a friend of my suggested that I use Olympus Moving & Storage instead of renting a U-haul and do it myself. So I did. I was moving from a house into an apartment and I had to place some of my belongs in storage as well, so my move was pretty complicated. This was the first time I ever hired professional movers and I have to say it was worth every penny. My previous experience was quite traumatic but that's what I get for not hiring the pros. I spoke to the Natalie from Olympus Moving & Storage, and she gave me the rates, which are very competitive. Other moving companies I contacted wanted to charge a deposit, plus an extra fee to pay with a credit card and extra fees to stretch/shrink wrap furniture. I was unsure about hiring movers since it seems a bit excessive, but I had a very short time frame to get out and settled in. Thank goodness my friend Chris recommended Olympus Moving and Storage. They did a great job at an amazing price. I have moved a few times during the last 12 years but this was by far the best experience ever. I was very nervous about moving as I had some expensive pieces and some newly purchased furniture. I hired Olympus Moving & Storage based upon feedback I received from friends. I spoke to Erica who was very friendly, helpful and quick in getting me a price quote. On the actual moving day the movers, Luis, Adrian, Ely, and Anthony, were right on time.
