Never used the practice before. Rang at 9am to book an appointment for same day. Was unable to get an appointment today (understandably) so booked for tomorrow at 10am. Received a call at 4:30pm today to say the Dr was away for 10 days at a conference so couldn't make my appointment. How could they not have known today that the doctor would be away tomorrow?
Tried to book an appointment, was told there's no doctor in the medical centre for the next 2 weeks. How can this be a Medical Centre have no doctors lol, what a joke

AVOID. Does not bulk bill. No infrastructure in place for private health billing either. Doctor is only interested in sending off referrals to expensive specialists and charges a premium for the service. I had a simple cold and it has almost cost $1000 to "diagnose" and I don't feel any better.
I got an appointment at short notice and the service was professional and friendly. Highly recommended Medial Centre in great CBD location.
