They did beautiful work, it looks great. The biggest complaint that I have is that it took about twice as long as they expected.
I don’t know if Olympus doesn’t want anymore business at the moment or is maybe so busy they’re overwhelmed but here is my experience with them June-August. I called and was told I would receive a call back to get a day set up for a quote and never got that (not a big deal, things slip through cracks and we’re all human). Then I called again to was able to set up a time and no one showed up at our appointment to talk about the project and get quoted- no notice, no communication, no follow up after-the-fact. Olympus does amazing work I would recommend them to anyone needing landscape work
Brigham and the Olympus team did an outstanding job. From the first interaction they were on time and eager. While not the cheapest bid we received we went with them because they listened to what we were trying to accomplish and simply nailed the design. The bid was detailed and accurate, they never once came back asking for additional funds to complete the job.
