We had a good start with Olympus on a front patio and walkway paver job. But, just as we got to the final stages of picking up product and color choices, we hit a wall with their communication and follow-through. A first apology and promise from them to do better, was followed only a few days later by a worse occurrence - I left work early 2 days in a row to meet them at home - no one showed up. They did beautiful work, it looks great. The biggest complaint that I have is that it took about twice as long as they expected.
I don’t know if Olympus doesn’t want anymore business at the moment or is maybe so busy they’re overwhelmed but here is my experience with them June-August. I called and was told I would receive a call back to get a day set up for a quote and never got that (not a big deal, things slip through cracks and we’re all human). Then I called again to was able to set up a time and no one showed up at our appointment to talk about the project and get quoted- no notice, no communication, no follow up after-the-fact.
