Update: I had a great experience with Jesus, the new property manager at my apartment complex. I reached out to the virtual assistant about getting a parking permit for my new car, and Jesus personally followed up with a phone call—even though it was after office hours. I absolutely love this community! It’s very quiet, clean and beautiful . The units are really pretty. Friendly office staff is of course a plus. I used to live there for 8 years and now I want to go back . My daughter and I went there today to see unit availabilities. It felt being home again; A wonderful familiar feeling . They need more staff because no one ever picks up the phone. Been dealing with busted AC unit and still haven't even got a confirmation concerning any of my work orders for it.
