apparently no one knows how to answer the phone ever! If you have “contact us for pricing” I cannot contact and ask for pricing if you don’t actually have anyone managing the phones. Your AI bot also does not know how to answer the questions. Either update your website with current pricing, or make sure you’re available during your office hours to answer the phone…….

I’ve lived here for over a year and can confidently say this is one of the best apartment complexes around. Jacquelyn, the property manager, is always helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, and the property is consistently clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend living here to anyone looking for an apartment.

Update: Learned she's not even the property manager, just a crazy Karen resident at this location who is racial profiler. Bless the hearts that have to reside in this dwelling with her boredom. I am a clinical social worker with the state of New Mexico, who has been having to visit patients and clients in the vicinity of the apartment complex.
