Ed Webb is making this company look bad.. he never helps and speaks like he owns your property. Very unprofessional, bad customer service.
Very disrespectful company, they will never help you, rather up charge you and act like they dont have nothing to do with your unit.... wouldn't recommend to noone Ed is not a good person to do business with..
I rented an apartment with this company years ago and still look back on those memories of interacting with their representatives with absolute disgust. Not only were they unresponsive and irresponsible, they were also downright mean--I would say rude, but that word seems like too much of an understatement.
