Viví ahí 15 meses, y fue una de las peores experiencias que viví en tantos condominios que he vivido, lo peor de todo es el trato de la administradora Marlene Martínez y la manager angelica Velasco ellas dos tienen muy poca empatía por las personas y muy mala educación de verdad que deja mucho que decir el comportamiento de estas dos señoras!
Do not rent here, take your money somewhere else, I lived here for a year, worst experience ever.

Great place to live and good location! The office people are very sweet and the maintenance people always come by to fix my stuff. I love what the new owners have done to this complex it is a great improvement from when I first moved in! The new colors make it look newer. I will be staying here for another year until I buy my house.
Terrible care! Olympus left me 3 day with my AC unit broken. I am on the 3rd floor, 100 degrees weather and they only put a small unit on my bedroom for 3 days till they finally fix the problem. It is not the first time that it happened! I called them to complain and the manager Elsa did not help me at all. They think that cooling my bedroom is sufficient. Terrible customer service and clearly they don’t care about our health, safety and wellbeing.
STAY AWAY When first moving in, I LOVED living here, so much so I recommended a friend to move in. However her experience has been AWFUL and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this complex to anyone. The people living above her are obnoxiously loud. They have a toddler than RUNS across the floor day and night with no regard for the fact that their floor is someone's ceiling. When it first began my friend wrote a friendly letter about the noise to the upstairs tenants in which that was ignored. She has REPEATEDLY emailed the front office ... read more

When i first moved in here there were a lot of problems, that was two years ago. When Olympus took over they for sure came in guns blazing and made this place so much better. Including most importantly with customer service the staff is now incredible, patient, and helpful. They have cleaned up the outside and care about the inside as well.. bravo to the improvements ! High five to the company and the excellent staff at Olympus Grand Crossing.
it's a great place, the people works in the leasing office is friendly....I'm living here and I like the apartment, the apartments are comfortable and spacious.
