This company is a complete SCAM. First, this isn’t even a legit company. They subcontract all their work to “technicians” who charge whatever they want & there is no superior, manager, or owner who you can get in contact with when things hits the fan. & They are not registered with the BBB. This is a “company” that takes advantage of people, lies, & convinces customers of unnecessary work to up charge. Had a mystery wobble thing going on. Olympus fixed it the day I called. Norris—even late in the day—sent someone who got the cables sorted out. Didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Can’t ask for much more.
Ellie arrived right on schedule, showed me how to program the thing, and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. She knew my system was kinda old. When I need service again, I'm calling Olympus Garage Door Repair of Venice. Five stars all the way!

Seriously, you gotta ask for Eli and Avi at Olympus Garage Door Repair. They were amazing! My husband tried to help out, but he had to run to Ace Hardware in the rain to grab a part that was missing from the kit we bought. But even with that little delay and the rain coming down, they stuck with it, working in the dim evening light, just to make sure our garage door was working great at our new house! – Avi
