I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Madeline in the leasing office. She has been incredibly kind and helpful since day one. No matter what I need, she’s always there with a smile, ready to go above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of. Whether it's answering questions or helping with any little issue, she makes everything so much easier. It’s clear she really cares about the people here, and I’m so grateful for everything she does.
I had the pleasure of not only living at this beautiful community for a year but I also worked here. Penny and Maddie are absolutely amazing. They’re always so kind and ready to assist in any way! Anytime I had a service request maintenance did a wonderful job completing them in a timely manner! The amenities are amazing and the pool makes you feel as if you’re at a resort! The apartments are very spacious and modern. I really enjoyed my time here.
One of the most poorly run luxury complexes I’ve lived in. -Our Fridge didn’t fit our unit, couldn’t use our freezer, it took 4+ months for fridge replacement -Front gate broken for at least a month -Homeless right outside our complex -Loud traffic, Home Depot announcements from 6AM to 9PM -Treadmill out of order for at least 3 months -A/C in gym repeatedly broken -Pool didn’t open until June, broken within 2-3 weeks. I only just moved here last month but I have loved every second living at Olympus de Santa Fe! The apartment is so nice and has just about everything I could ask for (I especially love the in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and disposal in the sink). The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and, so far, I haven't had any issues with plumbing, electricity, or anything of the like.
