On Sept. 29th, the owner of a pit bull living in apartment 1037 was unable to control the dog. The dog attacked another resident and her dog. The attacked resident was injured and required medical attention. Apartment management was informed of the incident and Animal Control responded. The owner of the pit bull was instructed to remove the dog from the property. The dog continues to remain on the property and has been seen by residents. We feel unsafe here as long as that dog remains here.
