Do not live here. I have lived here for 15 years. Yes a long time. I grew up here. This community is not a community oriented neighborhood, so don’t come here looking for nice folks to share living spaces with. The resident team at the front office- switches constantly so be ready to walk in and see new faces each time. They claim to care about maintenance but do not take emergency matters seriously. I’m not typically one to write bad reviews because I usually feel bad. But this place is a joke. I did the application and was told if I wasn’t screened yet I could have a refund so one lady told me I’d get a refund. I called again the next day and a different lady told me my application was canceled but I won’t get a refund. Tell me why my application was active for maybe 1 day total but I can’t get a refund?? I was already told I could get one.
