Why is it excellent? I’ll tell you why these apartments are SO AMAZING!! They raise your rent in the middle of a lease with no notifications! They love closing down with no explanation! The best thing is, they ALWAYS come and fix things when you need them fixed. I’ve had loose plugs, leaking refrigerator, Broken dishwasher, non working kitchen light and a balcony door that won’t close, and they NVER CAME IN!! Woah, amazing right?
