No snow removal trapping residents from getting to cleared streets. Work is open just cant get out nit even to get medicine or groceries. abusive tenants running noisy power tools all the time with unlicensed vehicles taking up multiple parking spaces. total dive.
Leaking roofs. Major issue with ants seriously infested. Landlord refuses to fix apartments or move tenents to fix issues. False advertising about pool. Not worth 900 a month. Was made before coding laws so major issues with ventilation as well as issues with mold and mildew. Water smells and tastes funny not safe to drink.
