Very polite, and very helpful advice. She was very clear about details and the discounts she has available. If anyone asks where they should go for new glasses. I would recommend Olympic village eye care for sure. Im definitely coming back in the future.

I recently visited Olympic Village Eye Care and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The initial eye tests did not feel professionally conducted. The technician struggled to properly adjust the equipment and had to repeat the eye pressure test multiple times, which has never happened to me before at other clinics. During the prescription test, the doctor moved very quickly between lens options, which made me question the accuracy of the final prescription. Worst eye exam experience ever! Very rude, and not pay attention to the patient’s questions and concerns. Both doctor and optometrist don’t explain anything. Much below Canadian standard. If you want to waste your eye exam insurance coverage, go to the Olympic Village Eye Care!!
