Nikol was so helpful when applying and renting my unit. She worked hard to get the application and leasing done efficiently. I look forward to moving in soon! The property is well maintained and a cute setup. They are also located in the perfect area of Tacoma. My only "complaint" is that parking is quite tight, but that's apartment living sometimes!

This place has it all ;OBNOXIOUS meth heads that turned 33rd St and the church across the street into a dead auto body shop/trailer park, thieves that tore the outdoor stairs in half while removing an apartment door via vehicle hitch, and eavesdropping , peeping , controlling , gossiping , trash talking tenants who use their balcony perch (and Facebook) to destroy the peace and privacy of everyone in the neighborhood. Neglectful absentee management. There are wonderful people living there. It’s a shame.
