Pretty expensive apartments considering they’re all older apartments just with new coats of paint and new doorknobs. Also, considering the lack of amenities for tenants(no gym, pool, or other areas for recreational use). It is a nice and convenient area and it gives some peace of mind that the police and fire stations are right across the street, but a car still got stolen from the parking area one night. I came home Friday night with a note on my door after working long hours. No hot water . I received a phone call from a nice lady name Vicky & she reassured me the issue will be handled quickly. She also kept me in the loop about the part being ordered & when I should expect the problem to be resolved. It was taking care of promptly same week 😪. Thank you so much ❤️ 🙏 . Received a new water heater
