I came home Friday night with a note on my door after working long hours. No hot water . I received a phone call from a nice lady name Vicky & she reassured me the issue will be handled quickly. She also kept me in the loop about the part being ordered & when I should expect the problem to be resolved. It was taking care of promptly same week 😪. Thank you so much ❤️ 🙏 . Received a new water heater
