This place is ouy of control with the DEI program, I was a manger here, and worked at Olympic for almost 20 years.. Olympic made mandatory DEI training and would make sure to tell us that in 20 years, white workers will not be needed anymore. Also the company is known as the Kmart in the steel service center industry. The local scrap dealer is better then this place! Olympic never delivers on time if you ain't one of the 2 "big customers " the leadership are just a bunch of worms. STAY AWAY!!!!!!€
Coil receiving 7am-7pm..easy in & out
Absolutely ridiculous. They just move you out the cue because they want to offload their local drivers. And they give you a POS reason like they don't have space for your coils. Checked in 6:30am and didn't even unloaded before the end of the day. The supervisor is a characterless racist person. Just because of you guys I missed my pickup appointment and have to wait 3 days now because of the long weekend just because priority was given to local drivers.
