If I could give negative stars I would do so. My complaint is regarding excessive and unreasonable charges. I went in twice for hand therapy and paid my co-pay, where I was made a splint for two fingers. This material was some flexible plastic. My Insurance company was charged a HUGE amount and even after my co-pay I have an outstanding bill for $94.06 for 3 dollars worth of plastic. My verbal complaint with both billing office and scheduling office was completely ignored and disregarded. They were most content to make me g... read more
