If I could give this dentist zero stars I would. Please beware if you decide to use this dentist. They have very unusual requirements to be seen by this clinic. They require a 12 month yearly check up just to have the dentist look at your teeth the cost $120 this is after you’ve seen them every 6 months for a cleaning. It seems very unethical and a way to generate more revenue. I was charged a fee despite my insurance covering 100% of routine visits twice per year. When I inquired about a refund, I was told additional services were performed because I hadn’t had a dental visit in some time. This explanation feels like an attempt to justify not issuing a refund. As a result, my future visits will be canceled.
I'm generally an anxious wreck at new dental/doctors offices but they made me feel really comfortable, and were quick to get me scheduled for the procedures that I need. Everyone working was really nice and seemed to understand and try to minimize dental anxiety which is a huge improvement to most dental offices I've been to. Incredible staff that rescued me in the middle of a dental emergency today. Thank you!!! Passing through town, a prior crown detached on a front tooth. I needed it attended to right away and the team at Olympic including Dr Hoskins, assistant Reagan and the front desk staff could not have been better I’ll be forever grateful for their kind and considerate care.
