EVERYTHING WORKED GREAT FOR THE FIRST 2 MONTHS, THEN WE STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE CAMERAS AFTER A POWER OUTAGE. TOOK THEM A MONTH TO GET BACK TO US AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND THEN IT TOOK ANOTHER WEEK TO BE FIX VIA REMOTE FROM TECH. SO WE HAD NO WORKING CAMERAS FOR OVER A MONTH AND THAT FIX ONLY WORKED PROPERLY FOR 2 WEEKS & THATS BEING NICE,HERE WE ARE AGAIN BUT THIS TIME WE ARE TWO CAMERAS DOWN AND CONVENIENTLY HAD VEHICLES BROKEN INTO AT OUR PLACE OF BUSINESS AND CANT SEE OR KNOW WHO DID IT SINCE THOSE CAMERAS ARNT W... read more

We did have a delay and our service team should have notified the customer with status updates. We called *******that Monday morning to apologize for the lack of communication, as that was out of character for our company and our service team. Our technician was on site the next day to fix the equipment and make sure they had a working system.
We are very happy with Olympic Security! They meet all of our needs wonderfully!
Olympic Security LLC has been more than helpful with us and the people who came into our store to set up your system and add cameras are the greatest! On 11-13-18 The salesman Mike S*** from OS Technologies completely miss lead me to believe that I would receive the best updated equipment. So I signed a contract that I could not read thinking I will review the contract with an attorney to possibly cancel the order. Unfortunately I did not notice that the salesman took the contract with him when he left. The salesman also did not inform me that I will have to pay for additional insurance to cover the equipment. At the time of the sale the customer is given the option to purchase the equipment in full or pay for it over time using an equipment lease agreement. The customer chose to pay over time. The contract is signed in two parts. The first part at the time of the sale, and then the second part when the installation is complete and reviewed by the customer. I purchased the system 10/18/2018/ today is 1/14/2019. they sell the service payment to time payment corp. it has been a total nitemare. after 25 phone calls, faxes, emails. they still have not straightened anything out. after sending 3 voided checks into there. today I got 3 letters in one day.. # your check bounced. #2 you stopped payment on your check. # 3 they are forwarding it into collection. all 3 letters were one lie after the other. This review is confusing because the clerical error of sending these letters from the third party bank we work with (**** ******** was corrected and completely resolved. This was done after the one phone call Mr. ******made to Olympic Security. We advised that we are available 7 days per week to answer any concerns Mr. ******has with the alarm system.
I recently has someone from company come in and upgrade my panel and told me there wouldn't be any additional charges to me. Well now a few months later they are trying to collect over 300 for panel upgrade. They are giving me the run around and today they told me I need to send back panel and I will be stuck paying alarm even though I will not have a panel? What kind of company does this. Business response:
The customer cancelled the phone line the previous alarm panel was connected to. We upgraded the equipment and used cellular communication to make sure the customer now has a working alarm system. We sent an invoice for the equipment only, looking to cover the cost of the new equipment. Without this equipment, the customer would not have a working alarm system. Even without payment from the customer for this upgrade, the alarm is functioning properly.
At end of contract of 5 years 7-19-2017 service with Olympic Security suspended via letter. 13 months later still being billed by Time Payment because finally a answer equipment wasnt returned to Time Payment. , so much for a lease agreement. Criminals. Avoid OS like Ebola Virus.

We contacted ****** 3 months before the end of the agreement to give options to continue monitoring or return equipment at the end of the term. Then both **** *******and us at Olympic Security sent letters at the end of the term explaining the cancellation of the monitoring and need to return equipment to **** *******to avoid further payments. Olympic Security does not benefit in any way from the additional payments made to **** *******.
Was never told about a 5 year contract, till after I was returning the equipment after 1 year use. I wasn't the one that signed the contract, but yet it's on my credit report??? These guys keep giving me the run around about it. Very poorly run business . Disrespectful representatives .not impressed at all.

All documents were presented and the 5 year commercial contract was explained at the installation of the alarm system. We understand closing a business can be hard, and we offer a one-time free move and installation at another location or home. We have mailed the signed contract to the the customer as requested.
