The Olympic Sculpture Park began as a commitment between the Seattle Art Museum and the Trust for Public Land, and quickly grew into a green mecca of architectural art and beautifully crafted landscapes. The park contains mathematical sculptures, new-wave basket weaving and the artistic greenhouse designed by the likes of artists Tony Smith, Pedro Reyes and Mark Dion. The park boasts a collection of sculptures by artists such as Richard Serra and Ellsworth Kelly, but the sweeping views of the bay and the Space Needle are equally worth the visit.

A unique park with many interesting sculptures. Check out the metal tree, the huge head at the south end, and make sure to take a seat on the grassy hill.

gorgeous park. on a clear day around sunset, sit on the mary shirley memorial bench (called "Mary's Invitation") and enjoy the park she supported.
