Horrible. I've rented all over the area with other companies when moving back and forth on deployment and recently my child rented from this company and carpets stunk of wet dog and in no way were professional cleaned! Garbage was left all on back yard, items in garage, throughout house. Heater went out and it's now on day 6 of NO HEAT in Temps of 30s !! They have not fixed issue still! Rotten company!!!!

No help from these folks. They're just puppets with piss poor attitudes, and no work ethic.
Frankly, the licenses of at least three agents I've worked with over three years should be revoked. The interactions are riddled with excuses and attempts to shift blame, and they orchestrate deceitful "walk-throughs" under the guise of checking for "safety hazards," pressuring you to grant them entry to potentially find reasons to impose fines or other penalties.
