Poor management company late to respond to maintenance requests and then when they do respond maintenance personnel either don’t know what they are doing or they blame the tenant for normal wear and tear horrible experience when they took over fairway lanes property

this company is absolutely top notch! we rented with them for 6 years straight and every issue was resolved immediately. they made communication with the landlord a breeze and the transition in and out of the house was seamless and easy. our property manager Joan was an absolute delight and always answered calls and texts. overall would 100% recommend and use them again in our future.
